As we (Mr. and Mrs. My Vacation Lady) get older, along with our friends and family, we have decided to take up something new.
We are going to learn to S.K.I. and I don’t mean with those wooden things and poles. NO, we are learning to Spending Kids Inheritance. So as we approach our golden years, we want to travel (with and without our kids and grands) as much as possible, before those years turn rusty. We don’t want to wait until we retire to take some big trips.
So YES, we will go to Hawaii, and on a river cruise and to Tuscany.
- Yes, we will take a big family vacation with the kids and grands.
- Yes, we will upgrade our seats on a plane.
- Yes, we will travel multiple times a year while we are healthy and able to do so.
We heard the expression – there is no luggage rack on a hearse- so get out there and learn to SKI.
Our clients Jon and Cathy made a huge decision a few could of years ago. They were in their late 70’s. Did they want to sell their home and move into an independent living community or would they stay in their home and travel. They chose travel!
Since then Jon and Cathy have taken a 3 week trip to Hawaii, a couple of river cruises in Europe, a couple of small ship ocean cruises to Canada and Alaska with pre and post cruise stays and have already booked a small ocean cruise to New Zealand and Australia with a tour of Australia after the cruise!
That is how they have learned to SKI!
The team at My Vacation Lady is well versed in many destinations, resorts, cruises and tours that may be great for the family vacations, exploring vacations and relaxing vacations- regardless of your ages.
