Here it is— not even Halloween and the stores are all decked out for the Festive Season to entice you to start your holiday shopping early.
A couple of years ago, we found an article about top shopping cities around the world, mostly Europe and Asia, and My Vacation Lady thought it would be an interesting way to suggest that you can combine a vacation with shopping!
But you don’t have to travel that far for some great holiday shopping vacations and there are some great shopping destinations in the Caribbean and Mexico that might be the perfect way to shop on vacation.
According to Frommers, there is some great shopping in these islands in the Caribbean and in Mexico: 
- Aruba
- Barbados
- Cayman Islands
- Curacao
- St Maarten/St Martin
- St Thomas
- Bazar del Sabado in San Angel (suburb of Mexico City)
- Taxco
We can add a few more great shopping areas in Mexico:
- Cozumel
- Playa del Carmen
- The hotel zone of Cancun
