It is always best to book early— as early as possible. Please keep in mind that airfare is typically available 331 days out from the day you will return. If you are getting married on June 15 and take your honeymoon very shortly after, airfare is typically available by the beginning of August. There are variations. Airlines like JetBlue, and Southwest may not post their schedules and open flights for sale until about 6 months prior to the date of departure.
